KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES<ul><li>Responsible for providing advice/guidance/direction for systems conceptual design/analysis, problem solving, and developing technical specifications by assigned staff, in the field of isotopes and waste management. This can include hydrogen isotope process and separation techniques, novel radioactive waste management solutions, and isotope production methods for medical and other uses.</li><li>Oversee and support the development of engineering design requirements and deliverables to meet the needs of heavy water and other isotope projects.</li><li>Arrange for special studies, testing, or analyses for the definition and solution of problems.</li><li>Assign staff and oversee reviews of engineering and project packages and deliverables to ensure they meet project requirements and performance needs.
