If you’re a strategic thinker, an operational leader, and someone who thrives in fast-paced, start-up-style environments, we want you.</p><p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p><p>· Launch and scale Lucid’s direct-to-consumer Pre-Owned Vehicle Sales business across key markets.</p><p>· Lead end-to-end ownership of the pre-owned sales process — from customer acquisition to delivery — while ensuring a premium brand experience.</p><p>· Build and manage a high-performing sales team, including hiring, training, and performance development.</p><p>· Develop and implement strategies to drive key metrics including sales volume, customer conversion, advisor productivity, and more.</p><p>· Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Service, Delivery, Marketing, Finance, and Technology teams to create frictionless processes and integrated systems.</p><p>· Own the customer experience throughout the used car journey, including trade-in valuations, pricing transparency, and direct communication.</p><p>· Partner with data, product, and engineering teams to test and deploy innovative tools that support a frictionless and transparent buying process through pricing optimization, and digital retailing.</p><p>· Manage and resolve customer escalations while continually improving support channels and experience.</p><p>· Represent Lucid in the pre-owned marketplace, identifying growth opportunities and partnerships to expand inventory and reach.</p><p><strong>Who You Are</strong></p><p>· A builder at heart with a proven ability to scale new businesses or business units in an entrepreneurial or start-up environment.</p><p>· Experienced in used car operations, retail sales management, or digital automotive commerce.</p><p>· Customer-obsessed, data-driven, and relentlessly focused on operational excellence.</p><p>· Capable of navigating ambiguity and solving complex problems with creative, strategic thinking.</p><p>· A people leader who sets a high bar and empowers your team to meet it.</p><p>· Comfortable in a cross-functional environment where collaboration fuels results.</p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><p>· 5+ years of experience in automotive sales, used car operations, or direct-to-consumer retail.</p><p>· 2+ years of experience in a leadership or management role with demonstrated success in driving performance.</p><p>· Exceptional communication, organizational, and analytical skills.</p><p>· Ability to travel domestically as needed.</p><p>· Passion for sustainability and the future of mobility.</p><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p><p>· Experience launching or scaling a used car sales business, digital vehicle marketplace, or related program.</p><p>· Familiarity with CRM systems, inventory management tools, and data platforms.</p><p>· Prior experience working in a technology-forward or EV-focused company.</p></div><div>At Lucid, we don’t just welcome diversity - we celebrate it!
