Determine the optimal mix of channels (internal and external) and formats to maximize reach and engagement.</li><li>Support our customer engagement and advocacy efforts by showcasing our delivery capabilities.</li><li>Contribute to our talent attraction efforts and retention efforts, supporting our people in sharing what they do in their day-to-day activities to support the energy transition. Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring consistent messages and visuals across all touchpoints</li><li>Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate complex technical achievements into accessible, engaging stories</li><li>Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of communication initiatives, using data to refine strategies</li><li>Drive continuous improvement in how the organization communicates its value proposition and achievement</li><li>Collaborate with the Head of Communications, GI, and respective communications colleagues to ensure the content produced is promoted to ensure maximum exposure</li></ul>Your background<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Arts, Communications, Marketing, Public relations or Journalism</li><li>10 years’ experience in a B2B communications role with a comprehensive and proven ability to design, develop and implement an integrated communications strategy, utilizing innovative methods and channels</li><li>Experience in energy/power sector</li><li>Proven track record in developing and executing thought leadership and brand positioning strategies</li><li>Exceptional writing, storytelling, and content development skills, including converting technical concepts into simple and compelling content.
