The Project Coordinator assists Project Managers and works with project teams to plan and execute projects to develop MEMS products for our customers. Communicates with cross-functional project teams for complex and challenging projects. Creates reports to keep the plant management team informed of project progress, risks, and problems. Detailed Description:<ul><li>Assists project managers to manage the execution of development programs to transfer customer prototypes to manufacturing</li><li>Creates project plans in our custom project management software</li><li>Creates and updates project budget spreadsheets</li><li>Updates and maintain project data in SAP ERP system and project management software (e.g. for quoting, sales order acceptance, promise date changes, budget revision requests, invoicing)</li><li>Generates weekly reports from SAP to monitor and report projects</li><li>Maintains a quality-first mindset to shorten product development timelines</li><li>Helps deliver prototyping projects on time, within budget, and with high quality</li><li>Communicates with cross-functional teams of engineers and scientists</li><li>Consistently communicates with project team to meet clients’ expectations</li><li>Assists sales department with quote generation</li><li>Consistently communicates with team members to ensure clarity, resolve unforeseen issues, receive task updates, and address changes</li><li>Coordinates with engineering, operations, management, and other stakeholders to achieve project goals</li><li>Ensure project execution and documentation follows the company’s quality system requirements</li><li>Completes all projects with the highest level of health and safety awareness</li><li>Ensures project teams follow the quality planning framework (MPQP) and tools to transfer prototypes to manufacturing; key quality tools include PFMEA, measurement systems analysis, design sprints, design review meetings, gate review meetings, control plans, and SPC</li><li>Facilitates problem solving, design, brainstorming, planning, technical reviews, and meetings</li></ul> Requirements:<ul><li>Educational and/or relevant industrial experience:</li><li>Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree<ul><li>Project Management Professional (PMP) certificate or equivalent training is an asset</li></ul></li><li>Excellent communication skills,</li><li>Ability to work well in a team environment.</li></ul>  Teledyne and all of our employees are committed to conducting business with the highest ethical standards.
