As a Senior Operations Leader, responsibilities will include planning, directing, coordinating, and overseeing operations activities within the organization, ensuring the development and implementation of efficient operations and cost-effective systems to meet the current and future needs of the organization.Responsibilities<ul><li>Establish, implement, and communicate the strategic direction of the organization's operations divisions.</li><li>Collaborates with executive leadership to develop and meet company goals while supplying expertise and guidance on operations projects and systems.</li><li>Ensures that departmental decisions and project plans for staffing, development, organization, material efficiency, hardware acquisitions, and facilities align with the organization's business plan and vision.</li><li>Reviews and approves cost-control reports, cost estimates, and staffing requirements for projects.</li><li>Establishes and administers the department's budget.</li><li>Presents periodic performance reports and metrics to the chief executive officer and other leadership.</li><li>Maintains knowledge of emerging technologies and trends in operations management.</li><li>Performs other related duties as assigned.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>At least 5 years of industry-related experience including three 3 in upper management required.</li><li>Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or other industry-related field required; MBA preferred.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>Strong supervisory and leadership skills.</li><li>Extensive knowledge of the industry's principles, procedures, and best practices.</li><li>Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.</li></ul>Wage and Benefits<ul><li>Competitive compensation</li><li>Performance bonuses</li><li>Health, vision, and dental insurance</li><li>Paid Time Off and paid holidays</li><li>Paid Birthday off</li></ul>About ION SolarWe power people - together we power change.
