Position Summary: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our Water Resources team in Ontario. The successful candidate will have a strong background in water resources engineering and a passion for leading projects and growing the business. This role involves managing multidisciplinary teams, delivering high-quality technical work, and supporting business development efforts across Ontario.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage the delivery of water resources projects from planning through to detailed design and construction tendering.</li><li>Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams, including civil, structural, geotechnical, and environmental specialists.</li><li>Develop and review detailed designs, technical reports, and tender documents.</li><li>Monitor project scope, schedules, budgets, and risks, and ensure quality and client satisfaction.</li><li>Support the preparation of proposals, including scope development, fee estimates, and client presentations.</li><li>Maintain strong relationships with clients and help identify and pursue new project opportunities.</li><li>Mentor junior staff and contribute to team development.</li></ul>
