You will be working with members of the Commercial Team in (1) supporting the business contractually in collaborative opportunities, protecting its key assets; and (2) developing the extensive Intellectual Property (IP) portfolio which includes over 75 patent families. The Commercial (Legal) Graduate will work alongside experts in Contract Law and Intellectual Property Law to prepare, review and negotiate a variety of transactional contracts and protect our Intellectual Property. These experts will train you in the various aspects of law and fusion-relevant science and engineering. The Commercial (Legal) Graduate will have the opportunity to work with many diverse teams across the company, and develop further relationships with external teams.
