Responsibilities / TasksRole: Software EngineerTasks:<ul><li>Software design and development<ul><li>Development of automation and mechatronics projects according to technical specifications</li><li>Coding of PLC (Siemens/Allen Bradley platforms) and SCADA software (Wonderware platform)</li><li>Debugging and testing of PLC and SCADA software</li></ul></li></ul><ul><li>Installation and commissioning activities<ul><li>Performing I/O tests at customer sites</li><li>Installing and configuring main hardware and software products (SIEMENS, DANFOSS, ROCKWELL, ENDRESS+HAUSER)</li><li>Debugging and customizing PLC and SCADA software</li><li>Supporting the process technologist and the I&amp;C supervisor during commissioning</li></ul></li><li>Task-Specific Skills:</li><li>Ability to read P&amp;IDs and layout drawings</li><li>Strong understanding of electrical drawings</li><li>Available to National/Foreign travel also for long periods</li><li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and in multicultural environments</li></ul>Your Profile / QualificationsRequirements:<ul><li>Degree in Electronic/Mechatronic Engineering or Electronics Expert</li><li>Proven previous experience in a similar position (3-6 yrs)</li><li>Commitment to remain in the role for a minimum of 3 years</li><li>Mandatory experience in both PLC (Siemens/Rockwell) and SCADA (Wonderware) systems</li><li>Willingness to travel approximately 50% (domestic and international)</li></ul>SW Skills:<ul><li>Excellent knowledge of HTML5, JavaScript, ASP.Net, C#</li><li>Excellent knowledge of databases in MS SQL Server environment</li><li>Excellent knowledge of SCADA systems (Wonderware InTouch and System Platform preferred)</li><li>Excellent knowledge of Siemens/Rockwell PLC programming (TIA Portal, RSLogix/Studio 5000)</li></ul>Language Skills:<ul><li>Proficient in written and spoken English, including technical terminology</li><li>Additional languages will be considered an asset</li></ul>Did we spark your interest?
