The ideal candidate is a dynamic and detail-oriented individual with a passion for efficiency in our fast-paced commercial service industry. This position will work closely with the Office Administrator, assisting in day-to-day operations. You will also work closely with the plant managers and communicate with our various locations statewide. If you work well independently, as well as part of a team, we look forward to hearing from you today. </p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Data Entry pertaining to driver paperwork and Mechanic Work Orders</li><li>Filing </li><li>Maintaining organization and cleanliness of the Office</li><li>Answering phones and routing calls as needed</li><li>Working with scale to weigh trucks in and out</li><li>Coding and entering Accounts payable invoices</li><li>Producing routine reports </li><li>Provide general administrative support to the operations team as needed</li></ul><p>Requirements</p><ul><li>High school diploma or GED required</li><li>Proven experience in an office setting</li><li>Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously </li><li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to interact effectively with team members across various locations</li><li>Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines </li><li>Working knowledge of MS Office products</li><li>Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills</li><li>Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and demands</li></ul><div>Salary Description</div><div>$16-$20</div>
