As a Marketing Executive supporting China, you will be supporting the Regional Marketing Manager in growing Fastmarket’s marketing reach across China. This role isn’t for those focused solely on traditional marketing channels. We’re looking for a performance and detail-oriented marketer who is driven, willing to take risks, and isn’t afraid to think outside of the box to grow the business in China. You need to be confident in digital marketing and paid media, fluent in marketing analytics, and driven by execution and data-informed decision-making. Some level of travelling is required for this role to support events across APAC. This role is ideal for someone equally comfortable crafting a content calendar as they are rolling up their sleeves at an on-ground event.What to expect:<ul><li>Full marketing scope and autonomy: Opportunity to create rich, creative, and multi-faceted marketing campaigns that you can be proud of, spanning digital, events, sales enablement, and content creation with the flexibility to push boundaries.</li><li>The opportunity to work with industry-leading organisations across the Asia-Pacific region.</li><li>Real results: See demonstrable impact of your work and deliver measurable results.</li><li>Work alongside a dedicated commercial marketing team focused on growing the Fastmarkets brand.</li><li>Career growth and opportunities to work on stretch assignments that will shape you to become a well-rounded marketer.</li></ul>Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop innovative regional marketing engagement plans in line with global, regional, and commodity goals and opportunities.</li><li>Execute tactical marketing programs (campaigns, events, content creation, enablement, digital activation) in partnership with channel management, product marketing, field marketing, sales, and channel partner marketing counterparts.</li><li>Collaborate with the Regional Marketing Manager and management team to strengthen and maintain Fastmarkets’ brand identity across all channels.</li><li>Design ABM campaigns tailored to top strategic accounts across the business.</li><li>Grow vendors and partnerships across China.</li><li>Assist in allocating marketing budgets, adhering to established channel marketing processes, and reporting on agreed KPIs.</li><li>Establish an ongoing cadence of partner communication and outreach, building strong connections and trust.</li><li>Track, measure, and report performance metrics for all programs (pipeline contribution, ROI, MQL to SQL conversion, engagement scores).</li><li>Use CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo) for campaign performance and lead tracking.</li><li>Work closely with internal commercial marketing, sales, content, and product teams.</li></ul>
