By joining our team, you will have the opportunity to contribute to a more sustainable world while learning about new technologies and developing your skills as a Project Manager.Your responsibilities: <ul><li>Lead complex digital projects: Plan, coordinate, and execute cross-functional digital projects to implement and enhance Digital Customer Experience incl. our GEA Customer Portal - based on the vision and requirements defined by our Digital Product Owners.</li><li>Project planning &amp; execution: Define workstreams, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring efficient implementation within scope, timeline, and budget.</li><li>Project organization &amp; stakeholder management: Structure sub-projects, manage external partners, and engage stakeholders at all levels.</li><li>Risk &amp; change management: Monitor progress, identify risks early, and implement mitigation strategies.</li><li>Reporting &amp; communication: Provide regular status updates to stakeholders, including top management, and present insights and recommendations.</li><li>Agile methodologies &amp; best practices: Apply Scrum and other project management approaches to foster cross-functional collaboration</li></ul>Your Profile / Qualifications<ul><li>Education: Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or Computer Science.</li><li>Experience: Several years of experience in project management for digital products or platforms, ideally in an industrial environment and B2B business</li><li>Agile expertise: Hands-on experience with agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, is essential.</li><li>Communication &amp; leadership skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.</li><li>Independence &amp; teamwork: Strong ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. High level of social competence, a strong sense of responsibility, and the ability to make well-founded decisions.</li><li>Problem-solving skills: Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
