The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of manufacturing operations and possess the ability to adapt to varying customer requirements and changing production demands. This role will involve managing workflows, quality control, resource allocation, and continuous improvement initiatives while working closely with cross-functional teams.Description of Tasks and Responsibilities:<ul><li>Selects, trains, develops, empowers and mentors team members. Provides leadership, coaching, and individual development planning for the Production team. Proactively support team performance and drive accountability for assigned job responsibilities, documentation, and in-process inspection ensuring a highly skilled and engaged workforce.</li><li>Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and teamwork.</li><li>Oversee production ensuring goals are met in terms of cost, quality, and delivery timelines in a high-mix, low-volume setting.</li><li>Continuously evaluate and improve production processes to maximize efficiency and minimize waste, downtime, and costs while maintaining high-quality standards.</li><li>Manage production schedules, ensuring resource availability, and timely delivery of product. There will be business needs that dictate some shift changes and overtime.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree or higher in a technical discipline and 3-5 years of production management experience or 10+ years of progressive production management roles.</li><li>Minimum 5 years of semiconductor industry or similar technology-based manufacturing operations experience preferred.</li><li>Experience in quality management systems structure, problem solving tools, and requirements.</li><li>In depth knowledge of AS9100 and significant experience within aerospace manufacturing is preferred.</li><li>U.S. citizenship required due to ITAR regulations.</li></ul>  Salary Range: $96,200.00-$128,300.000Pay TransparencyThe anticipated salary range listed for this role is only an estimate.
