In this environment the role of the FP&amp;A team becomes increasingly critical in evaluating and analysing a company’s financial performance to make informed business decisions.The Senior FP&amp;A Analyst is responsible for detailed balance sheet and cashflow budgeting/forecasting, financial modelling, and strategic analysis to drive business performance and decision-making.Main Accountabilities<ul><li>Develop and maintain a robust multi-currency balance sheet forecast model to help manage currency exposure using data analysis and trends.</li><li>Drive accurate net and free cashflow forecasting across multiple entities within 95% accuracy.</li><li>Business partner with the treasury team and business units.</li><li>Managing the groups managed working capital budgeting, forecasting and reporting requirements alongside the business units.</li><li>Prepare management reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior leadership.</li><li>Assist in the development of key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics.</li><li>Support ad hoc financial analysis and scenario modelling.</li><li>Ensure data accuracy and integrity across financial systems and reports.</li></ul>Essential Experience &amp; Skills<ul><li>5 plus years of experience in FP&amp;A, corporate finance, or a related field.</li><li>Qualified accountant (CIMA or ACCA).</li><li>Strong proficiency in Excel, financial modelling, multi entity cashflow and balance sheet forecasting.</li><li>Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Strong communication skills, working with different levels across the organisation.</li><li>High attention to detail and accuracy.</li><li>Proactive mindset, with a strong aptitude to follow and improve existing processes.</li><li>Comfortable working with large datasets and complex financial structures.</li></ul>  Teledyne and all of our employees are committed to conducting business with the highest ethical standards.
