Light housekeeping duties may be assigned as part of the facilities inspection process, such as in shower buildings and cabins. This may include, but is not limited to, ensuring guest supplies are stocked, needed repairs are made, and cleaning checklist items are completed.  Makes routine carpentry repairs as needed such as replacement of deck boards, repair of railings, construction of signs, repair of picnic tables.  Performs basic painting of structures and equipment.  Capable of performing basic construction techniques of rough framing, general roofing, window and door installation or replacement.  Performs installation of floor coverings, plastic laminates, and wall coverings.Performs basic groundskeeping – including tree trimming and felling.  Performs grading and seed bed preparation. Calibrates and applies fertilizers and seeds. Applies, handles and stores unrestricted herbicides and pesticides.May inspect, repair, and maintain water related facilities including, but not limited to, hot tubs, pools, and splash pads if applicable. The Muskingum Watershed Conservancy District (MWCD), a political subdivision of the State of Ohio, was responsible for the development of the reservoirs and dams. Today the MWCD is dedicated to providing the benefits of flood reduction, water conservation and recreational opportunities in the Muskingum River Watershed.</div>
