<p>We are seeking an organized and efficient Accounts Payable &amp; Receivable Coordinator I to join our finance team in Bengaluru, India. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing our company's financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all accounting processes.</p><ul><li>Process and verify invoices, expense reports, and payment requests</li><li>Manage accounts payable functions, including vendor payments and reconciliations</li><li>Handle accounts receivable tasks, including invoicing, collections, and cash application</li><li>Maintain accurate financial records and assist in month-end closing procedures</li><li>Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies</li><li>Prepare and analyze financial reports as required</li><li>Assist in audits and respond to inquiries from vendors and internal departments</li><li>Collaborate with team members to improve processes and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations</li><li>Support other finance-related projects and tasks as needed</li></ul>
