AECOM Tishman has an exciting opportunity for an MEP Superintendent to join our team of professionals across New York City.  The Construction Superintendent is responsible for on-site management of construction projects from mobilization through completion. This role ensures that all construction activities are executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with the contract documents, schedule, and budget.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Coordinate and supervise all field operations, subcontractors, and trades on site.</li><li>Enforce project safety, quality control, and cleanliness standards.</li><li>Maintain project schedule by ensuring trade contractors meet their deadlines.</li><li>Conduct daily site walkthroughs, safety meetings, and progress meetings.</li><li>Review and interpret drawings, specifications, and submittals.</li><li>Communicate regularly with the Project Manager regarding site progress, issues, and logistics.</li><li>Manage inspections, RFIs, field reports, and punch lists.</li><li>Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.</li><li>Write detailed daily reports describing all job activities.</li><li>Provide overall on-site administrative and technical management for a wide range of construction projects.        </li><li>Responsible for the organization and direction of construction and related activities within assigned area of responsibility, which may be a single area, multi-area or a multi-discipline construction project. </li><li>May be the primary client contact for all jobsite day to day activities, or may coordinate with client’s resident representatives on jobsite activities within assigned area of operations. </li><li>Responsibilities are to ensure assigned jobsite operations are in compliance with design/specifications, completion on schedule, within budget and to quality standards. </li><li>Interfaces with all other administrative field staff, field management staff and particularly the Project Manager in a coordinated effort.</li></ul>About Construction Management - AECOM TishmanSince 1898, <a href="https://aecom.com/aecom-tishman/">AECOM Tishman</a> has managed some of the largest and most complex mixed-use and mega development projects in the U.S., in total building more than 600 million square feet.
