AECOM is seeking a Ports and Navigation Project Manager based in Houston, TX.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:<ul><li>Serves as Project Manager for small to large ports and navigation projects including dredging, beneficial use of dredged materials, feasibility studies and costal restoration projects.</li><li>Provides technical leadership for projects from the planning phase through construction on all aspects of multi-disciplinary projects.</li><li>Demonstrates experience in conventional and advanced technologies and alternative delivery projects.</li><li>Competent in all aspects of project delivery, including scope, schedule, finance, and quality.</li><li>Prepares technical memoranda, planning studies and final design calculations, plans and specifications.</li><li>Coordinates with other discipline leads, clients, consultants, and agencies in management and implementation of projects.</li><li>Propose approaches to solve new problems encountered using modifications of standard procedures or methods.</li><li>Assists in identifying opportunities, development of proposals and statement of qualifications.</li><li>Builds and maintain relationships with clients and Industry professionals.</li><li>Actively participates in ports and marine industry specific conferences and professional organizations.</li><li>Provides technical direction and mentorship for junior staff.</li></ul>
