From market insights to messaging, you’ll help shape how our products are seen, understood, and adopted around the world. Responsibilities <ul><li>Develop and deliver go-to-market strategies for our pipeline of banana products.</li><li>Establish product pricing for launches.</li></ul><ul><li>Create commercial strategy and plans to achieve growth and development of the portfolio aligned with company goals. </li></ul><ul><li>Collaborate across teams (R&amp;D, Commercial, Regulatory, Communications) to align messaging and delivery. </li></ul><ul><li>Translate complex science into clear, compelling narratives. </li></ul><ul><li>Manage marketing campaigns and content creation. </li></ul><ul><li>Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats and guide strategy. </li></ul><ul><li>Track product performance and grower feedback to refine positioning and growth. </li></ul> Requirements Essential <ul><li>5+ years of experience in product marketing, or similar roles.</li><li>Experience in product management and market launches.</li><li>Strong communicator and cross-functional collaborator.</li><li>Creative thinker with a commercial mindset.</li><li>Passionate about sustainability, innovation, and building brands with purpose. </li></ul> Desirable<ul><li>BSc or above within Agriculture, Plant Biology or a related field.</li><li>Background in agricultural biotechnology, FMCG or a science-driven industry is a plus.</li></ul> About Us Tropic is one of the world’s leading agricultural gene-editing companies.
