They are also, responsible for ensuring correct inventory transactions and movement of product. Finally, the Warehouse Worker should always be monitoring and ensuring a safe work environment.-Work with Supply Chain Manager and HSE Manager to ensure a safe work environment. -Train associates (production and warehouse) in cycle count process and inventory transactions. -Audit outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and identify potential discrepancies. -Problem solve root cause of inventory errors. -Participate actively in preparation for inventories and active participation during inventory. -Ensure 5S throughout warehouse<h1>Qualifications:</h1><ul><li>High School Diploma, Technical Training, or equivalent degree</li><li>High level of commitment and flexibility</li><li>Willingness and ability to work shifts</li><li>Willingness and resilience to meet the physical demands of the position</li><li>Flexibility to work in a fast-paced and consistently changing environment</li><li>Ability to stand for long periods of time</li><li>Ability to lift at least 20lbs</li><li>Forklift experience is a plus, but not required</li><li>Must be able to work 10:30am to 7:00pm</li></ul>Pay Rate: $17.80 per hourShift Differential: $0.50 per hour Communication &amp; Collaboration: Communicates clearly and concisely, while engaging proactively with colleagues.
