The Customer Service Manager has responsibilities that may include but are not limited to; recruitment and performance management, expediting freight approvals in constrained supply situations, driving defined productivity improvement activities and coaching and developing a team to ensure effective management of customers escalations and operational excellence.General Responsibilities • Supervises the team by assigning individual tasks related to customer interaction, supply coverage overview, inventory status etc. • Reviews daily reports to identify performance gaps and to drive performance and improve processes • Arranges timely assessments regarding customer allocation and workload within the team, and works on balancing resources • Coordinates work schedules and secures sufficient back-up within the team to cover business requirements • Arranges individual meetings to address performance, provide coaching and discuss development plans • Coordinates regular team meetings to keep the team informed and align priorities • Supervises the team’s performance and drives permanent corrective actions to identified gaps/ root cause/ problem solving • Collaborates with other managers, supervisors, team leaders across the local CS organization to leverage on resources, gain know-how/ best practices, etc. Experience / Qualifications • A university degree required (i.e. Bachelors degree) or equivalent relevant work experience. • Ability to lead, coach, and develop team members • Holds self and others accountable to achieving goals and standards • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment to handle multiple competing tasks and demands • Strong communication skills; oral, written and presentation • Strong organization, planning and time management skills to achieve results • Strong personal and professional ethical values and integrity • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) • Strong interpersonal &amp; collaboration skills to work effectively with all levels of the organization including suppliers and/or external customersAdditional Skills/ Experience:<ul><li>Experience using Oracle strongly preferred:</li><li>Experience managing a team</li><li>Customer Service Experience preferred.</li></ul>#LI-MY1 #onsite  Base Salary Range: $75,400.00 - $103,620.00At Sensata, our employees are the key to our success and growth.  We recognize that each individual brings their own unique experience, therefore the base salary range information shown above is a general guideline only.  Sensata considers several factors when extending an offer, including, but not limited to, a candidate’s experience and qualifications, as well as internal equity, market and business considerations.
