<div> <h2>Purpose of the Role</h2>The Site Lead serves as the top-level manager at the facility, responsible for overseeing all aspects of daily operations, ensuring safe and timely customer deliveries, and cultivating a high-performing team environment. Reporting directly to the GM of Jupiter Bach North America, the Site Lead will play a key role in launching the site, setting up operations, and establishing a strong operational foundation. This position offers a unique opportunity to lead from the ground up and create a best-in-class facility experience.<hr><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3>Leadership &amp; Operational Oversight<ul><li>Build, lead, and inspire a cross-functional team (including QEHS supervisor, drivers, assemblers).</li><li>Guide the team to meet production schedules and delivery targets.</li><li>Manage day-to-day site operations to ensure compliance with SQDC (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost) principles.</li><li>Act as the central liaison for internal staff, the customer, vendors, and external stakeholders.</li></ul>Facility &amp; Production Management<ul><li>Participate in setup and readiness activities for new site operations.</li><li>Maintain security of the facility and inventory of production materials.</li><li>Oversee sanitation, compliance, and ensure resolution of any operational deficiencies.</li><li>Monitor and drive production output while avoiding stoppages and upholding SQDC standards.</li></ul>Communication &amp; Continuous Improvement<ul><li>Lead daily toolbox talks and participate in the US regional daily management calls.</li><li>Provide training, coaching, and ongoing feedback to team members.</li><li>Complete all required documentation, audits, and reports accurately and timely.</li><li>Foster a positive work environment in partnership with HR and leadership.</li></ul>Compliance &amp; Culture<ul><li>Enforce a safe, respectful, and harassment-free work environment.</li><li>Ensure all team members adhere to work instructions, shift end times, and customer commitments.</li><li>Maintain agility to adjust to rapidly changing production or delivery needs.</li></ul><hr><h3>Competencies Required</h3><ul><li>Strong commitment to excellence, safety, and continuous improvement.</li><li>Ability to manage shifting priorities with enthusiasm and accountability.</li><li>Versatile communication and interpersonal skills across all organizational levels.</li><li>Sound decision-making, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities.</li><li>Clear understanding and enforcement of work instructions and production timelines.</li></ul><hr><h3>Experience &amp; Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated success in manufacturing and/or production leadership.</li><li>Experience in the wind turbine industry and/or with composite materials is a plus.</li><li>Proven supervisory experience with a focus on motivation, coaching, and team performance.</li><li>Solid understanding of production principles and site management practices.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Forklift Certification preferred.</li></ul><hr>Note: This role is hands-on and highly dynamic.
