<p>We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Mechanical Inspector to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. In this critical role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and compliance of mechanical systems in various construction projects throughout the region.</p><ul><li>Conduct thorough inspections of mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection, to verify compliance with project specifications and industry standards</li><li>Review and analyze contractor shop drawings and submittals to ensure alignment with project requirements</li><li>Monitor the installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical systems, confirming proper functionality and performance</li><li>Identify non-conformances and collaborate with contractors and engineers to implement effective corrective actions</li><li>Maintain detailed inspection reports, logs, and records for quality control and compliance tracking</li><li>Witness and document critical tests, such as pressure tests, leak tests, and system start-ups</li><li>Verify the quality of materials, workmanship, and equipment installations to ensure adherence to project specifications</li><li>Participate in project meetings and provide regular status updates to stakeholders</li><li>Stay updated on relevant codes, regulations, and industry best practices</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and ensure timely project completion</li></ul>
