As a Field Service Engineer*, you’ll play a crucial role in our mission. Your responsibilities will include:<ol><li>Installation and Maintenance:<ul><li>Install, commission, and maintain sensor-based sorters within TOMRA’s Recycling install base.</li><li>Optimize system performance through regular testing and adjustments.</li></ul></li><li>Exceptional Customer Experiences:<ul><li>Communicate effectively with our diverse customer base using various mediums.</li><li>Provide top-class support, ensuring customer satisfaction.</li></ul></li><li>Value Creation:<ul><li>Identify opportunities to enhance our customers’ businesses.</li><li>Introduce complementary TOMRA products, solutions, and services.</li></ul></li><li>Feedback Loop:<ul><li>Act as a bridge between our customers and headquarters.</li><li>Continuously seek ways to delight our customers by sharing valuable market insights.</li></ul></li></ol>
