<p>As a Field Officer, you will be the trusted link between our project and the farmers we serve. Working closely with smallholder communities in the Mount Kenya region, your role is to ensure that our vision of ecosystem restoration becomes reality on the ground—one plot, one farmer, one seedling at a time.</p><p>You’ll be the face of the project in the field, responsible for enrolling farmers, providing regular support, and ensuring the successful delivery of agroforestry activities at the grassroots level.
