Now in its third decade, the RMP is increasing its work on characterizing emerging contaminants in stormwater and developing an integrated monitoring and modeling approach for both legacy and emerging contaminants to address RMP management questions more efficiently. This is a part-time, one year position (with the possibility for extension) for a candidate who will support diverse monitoring and research activities undertaken by the RMP and other Clean Water projects. We are looking for someone who can start immediately. The candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in a pertinent scientific field and experience with fieldwork. They must be able to: (1) coordinate, prepare for, and participate in fieldwork, including stormwater and other types of monitoring; (2) collect, review, and synthesize scientific data and information from various sources; and (3) work well in teams as well as independently with general direction from senior scientific staff.
