An opportunity exists at Air Products facility in Stallingborough, for the position of General Maintenance Technician.What is the role: A General Maintenance Technician provides maintenance services to the production facilities and the associated satellites. These services are primarily focused on practical work at the various production plants, including; general preventive maintenance, housekeeping and maintaining a safe working environment.As a Maintenance Technician you will: •    Ensure that all production facilities are maintained to a safe and serviceable condition, so that they can consistently attain their performance targets •    Ensure compliance to site statutory, mechanical integrity &amp; preventative maintenance programmes •    Carry out routine house-keeping and preventative maintenance activities as defined by the site duties schedule in a timely manner. •    Support corrective maintenance work associated with plant and equipment failures (breakdowns) •    Work with the Mechanical Maintenance team to ensure correct spares parts and consumables inventory management •    Oversee LOLER/PULER inspections onsite •    Carry out frequent site wide checks to ensure compliance. •    See separate accountabilities sheetAs the Maintenance Technician, you already are or have: •    Good interpersonal &amp; team working skills (Customers, Regulators bodies, OSC operators). •    Able to work remotely and able to travel occasionally •    Self-motivated independent worker •    Able to work at pace under pressure •    Experience working on industrial sites •    Industrial/Plant maintenance experience •    FLT/Telehandler ExperienceWhat we offer you: •    At Air Products, we work in an environment where diversity is essential, inclusion is our culture, and each person knows they belong and matter.
