Our AI Transformation Office is at the forefront of driving this change, and we are seeking a dynamic leader to shape our AI narrative, foster internal collaboration, and measure the impact of our AI initiatives.This position will offer flexibility for hybrid work schedules to include both in-office presence and telecommute/virtual work to be based in either Dallas or Houston, TX.Role OverviewThe AI Engagement Lead (Manager or Sr. Manager) will play a pivotal role in defining and communicating our AI strategy and roadmap, building a vibrant internal network to champion AI adoption &amp; focus areas, and establishing metrics to evaluate the success and value of our AI solutions. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills, a passion for AI-driven transformation, and the ability to connect with diverse stakeholders across the organization.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop and Communicate AI Strategy Messaging: Craft compelling, clear, and consistent messaging about our AI strategy and roadmap to internal and external audiences, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.</li><li>Build an Internal AI Network: Foster a community of AI advocates and practitioners within the company by organizing workshops, forums, and cross-functional initiatives to drive awareness, collaboration, and adoption of AI solutions.</li><li>Measure AI Success and Value: Define and implement metrics to assess the usage, impact, and business value of AI solutions, providing actionable insights to leadership and stakeholders.</li><li>Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with department heads, project teams, and leadership to align AI initiatives with business priorities and promote a culture of AI-driven innovation.</li><li>Monitor Industry Trends: Stay informed about AI advancements and best practices to ensure our strategy remains cutting-edge and competitive.</li><li>Report and Present Insights: Create reports and presentations to communicate AI progress, challenges, and successes to senior leadership and broader teams.</li></ul>
