Residential Inside Sales RepresentativeSUMMARY:Aeroseal is seeking a motivated Residential Inside Sales Representative help drive growth by proactively engaging new and existing mobile home community contacts. This role focuses on inbound/outbound calls with a strong emphasis on booking appointments and developing a targeted database.QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:<ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree preferred.</li> <li>At least 3 years of experience inside sales or call center. </li> <li>Self-motivated and self-directed</li> <li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect and interact with homeowners, property/community managers.</li> <li>Strong inside sales skills.</li> <li>Experience with MS Office Applications, Salesforce.</li> <li>Ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment.</li> <li>Creative problem solver who thrives when presented with a challenge.</li></ul>Key Metrics:<ul> <li>Respond to inbound calls from homeowners.</li> <li>Approximately 80 outbound calls per day.</li> <li>Achieve a 30% conversion rate for initial contact/prequalification. </li> <li>Achieve a 50% conversion on booking appointments.</li> <li>Maintain a cancellation/drop-off rate that does not exceed 10%.</li> <li>Conduct weekly database development and research on mobile home communities.</li></ul>Responsibilities:<ul> <li>Receive inbound calls from homeowners to start rebate applications or answer questions about applications.
