If you are driven to create innovative, high-quality solutions in a fast-paced environment, we invite you to join our team. You Will: <ul><li>Own end-to-end supplier quality for assigned Chassis components. </li><li>Oversee annual PPAP requalification and engineering changes. </li><li>Guide engineering teams in selecting suppliers to meet Lucid’s standards and schedules. </li><li>Coordinate supplier industrialization with DRE, GSM, and CM; manage design docs, build schedules, and production progress. </li><li>Lead design reviews, integrate manufacturability early, and set quality expectations. </li><li>Work with suppliers on technical design and new manufacturing techniques. </li><li>Manage internal ECR and CM-PCN activities. </li><li>Exercise independent judgment to align with business objectives. </li><li>Develop quality plans, test methods, failure mode analyses, and drive preventive actions. </li><li>Communicate and contain supplier quality issues at the plant. </li><li>Investigate supplier quality problems, identify root causes, and implement corrective/preventive actions. </li><li>Conduct supplier audits, oversee process improvements, and monitor KPIs. </li><li>Support assembly builds, define incoming inspection, and resolve build issues with suppliers. </li><li>Travel up to 25% (domestic/international), often on short notice. </li></ul>You Bring: <ul><li>5+ years in high-volume manufacturing/assembly, supporting Chassis in Supplier Quality, Quality Engineering, or Manufacturing Engineering Management. </li><li>Bachelor’s in Engineering (Master’s or equivalent preferred). </li><li>Experience in supplier industrialization, SQE, APQP, and PPAP for Chassis. </li><li>Leadership, strong analytical skills, executive-level communication, and budget management. </li><li>Expertise in schematics, engineering drawings, and quality standards/specs. </li><li>Proficiency in methodologies and tools (IATF 16949, VDA 6.3, SPC, MSA, FMEA, DOE, GD&amp;T). </li><li>Preferred: ASQ, Six Sigma Black Belt certifications. </li><li>Strong interpersonal, data-driven decision-making, and creative problem-solving skills. </li><li>Adaptable, positive, continuously learning, and solution-oriented. </li><li>Advanced Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint; plus Smartsheet, JMP, Minitab, JIRA, Tableau. </li><li>Preferred: background in castings, stampings, structures, bearings, or tires. </li></ul> At Lucid, we don’t just welcome diversity - we celebrate it!
