The Safety Coordinator will work closely with project teams, contractors, and site personnel to ensure a safe and compliant work environment. You’ll assist in promoting a strong safety culture, conducting audits, maintaining documentation, and supporting compliance with regulatory requirements.</div><br><br><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Support the development, implementation, and enforcement of company-wide EHS policies and procedures.</li><li>Conduct routine safety audits, site inspections, and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential hazards.</li><li>Lead or assist in incident investigations, root cause analyses, and the creation of corrective action plans.</li><li>Maintain up-to-date safety records, training logs, and compliance documentation.</li><li>Deliver EHS training programs and facilitate regular toolbox talks for employees and contractors.</li><li>Ensure ongoing compliance with OSHA, EPA, DOT, and other applicable regulatory requirements.</li><li>Oversee proper waste disposal, chemical handling, and emergency response protocols.</li><li>Promote a strong safety culture through employee engagement, awareness campaigns, and continuous improvement initiatives.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Associate’s degree or higher in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, Industrial Hygiene, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).</li><li>Minimum of 2 years of experience in EHS coordination, preferably in construction, manufacturing, or an industrial environment.</li><li>Strong understanding of OSHA, EPA, and DOT regulations.</li><li>Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office and EHS management software.</li><li>Certifications such as OSHA 30, HAZWOPER, or First Aid/CPR are strongly preferred.</li></ul><br><div><b><span style="font-size:12pt;">Benefits and Perks</span></b></div><div> </div><div>Solar Landscape’s company culture is second to none. </div><div>Our employees combine our mission, grit and drive with a rebel’s attitude that is changing the industry: </div><div>·<span style="font-size:7pt;">       </span>Located in the heart of historic Asbury Park, our state-of-the-art office space offers flexible workstations encouraging collaboration and movement.  </div><div>·<span style="font-size:7pt;">       </span>Employees come together to eat every day!
