EcoVadis is looking for a Billing and Collection Associate Level 2 to join the Finance team in Poland.  This position is responsible for full-cycle multi-currency accounts receivable functions, including billing, billing modifications, processing payments, and reconciling key customer accounts. The position interacts with internal and external customers on a daily basis and must provide a consistently high level of customer service and ethics. Core responsibilities:<ul><li>Issue and send invoices/credit notes as per contracts.</li><li>Ensure proper filing of sales contracts;</li><li>Respond to customer queries and requests;</li><li>Provide and fill out financial and administrative documents;</li><li>Take appropriate action to resolve and/or identify significant accounts receivable  issues and escalate appropriately;</li><li>Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve any accounts receivable queries;</li><li>Assist with a variety of internal projects based on the needs of the organization;</li><li>Liaise with international colleagues from all departments regularly to assist and add value to the EcoVadis global mission.</li></ul>
