Here are some of the benefits and rewards.<ul><li>Salary range $60k to $70k </li><li>Medical plan options available</li><li>401k </li><li>Paid training programs</li><li>Career growth opportunities and tuition reimbursement </li><li>Safety-focused culture </li></ul>What you will do: <ul><li>Based out of the Phoenix service center, provide truck availability information to sales and manage customer inquiries.</li><li>Coordinate transport activities via the Transport Hire Coordination Task queue and Transport Management System (TMS) for optimal supplier selection and cost-efficiency.</li><li>Oversee timely delivery and return orders, using systems like Spartan Mobile Logistics for asset management and collaborating on inventory accuracy with service centers.</li><li>Escalate commercial transport issues, manage vendor relations for quality and cost, and handle purchase orders for transport suppliers.</li><li>Ensure adherence to Department of Transport (DOT) regulations and resolve supplier invoice disputes as needed.</li><li>Participate in on-call rotations to maintain 24/7 customer service support.</li></ul>We are experts, which means you will have the following skills and experience:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in a related field and/or relevant experience, specialized diploma, or vocational training</li><li>Experienced supply chain professional</li><li>Acute attention to details and data driven problem solver</li><li>Well organized and can meet deadlines, performing under pressure in a fast-paced work environment</li><li>Power user of Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Work, Teams, and other software programs</li></ul>We recruit the best talent.
