Job Title: Truck Loader Utility - Warehouse Loader/UnloaderShift/Hours: This role requires the ability to work any shift (day, swing, or graveyard) based on operational needs. You may also perform inventory tracking and assist with warehouse organization.How You Will Do It<ul><li>Checks battery type and count for compliance with customer orders</li><li>Identifies and verifies each load with battery type, quantity, customer name, location and corrects any discrepancies.</li><li>Picks up batteries from skids and transfers to skid or slip sheet containing shipping order.</li><li>Checks off quantities picked on shipping order and marks back-orders if existent.</li><li>Reports shortages to supervisor.</li><li>Cleans out trailers and removes and documents returned batteries.</li><li>Operates stretch wrap machine as required.</li><li>Loads wet or dry charge batteries and acid packs into trailers or customer vehicles using prescribed methods to eliminate product damage.</li><li>Unloads, stores, and supplies to shipping line items such as cartons, cardboard, vents, stretch wrap, motorcycle batteries, etc.</li><li>May perform minor maintenance to pallet walker and fork truck.</li><li>May handle empty skids or pallet and stack or store.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Basic computer skills</li><li>Basic math, reading and writing skills</li><li>Minimum of 3 years of working experience in manufacturing or similar industry</li><li>Availability to work overtime and weekends as needed</li><li>Ability to come in early or stay late depending on production demands</li><li>Must be able to wear required PPE</li><li>Qualified applicants must be a U.S. Citizen or a Legal Permanent Resident card holder.
