You will effectively resolve quality issues and ensure the successful implementation of quality systems.What you will do:<ul><li>Prepare and maintain control plan for components and complete products</li><li>Supervise effective use of SPC in production and evaluation of results</li><li>Perform Capability Studies and Process Audits</li><li>Perform Gage Studies (Gage R&amp;R, Bias, Linearity and Stability) before gage is approved for production tests or after product change (when applicable)</li><li>Is responsible for the color / appearance approval process of affected parts</li><li>Ensure that customer and internally identified quality issues are resolved using the Clarios problem solving methods (8D Report, Problem Solving Document etc.)</li><li>Preparation of necessary corrective / preventive actions, follow up, verification and release of corrective actions</li><li>Assure that all Quality activities are performed according , IATF 16 949 -, ISO 9000 standards and specific customer requirements</li><li>Supervise implementation of Quality Systems (e.g. CAQ, etc.)</li><li>Develop and train plant personnel in application of methodologies and techniques</li><li>Balanced and controlled quality KPI’s between manufacturing locations.</li><li>Make sure proper Data collection is done for monthly review in the QOS (Quality Operations System) meetings.</li></ul>What you bring:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in engineering.</li><li>At least 3 years’ experience in the manufacturing environment, automotive is plus</li><li>Strong knowledge in the quality tools such as PFMEA, MSA, Control plans, SPC</li><li>Strong competencies in communication and presentation</li><li>Willing to take the lead to drive problem solving methodologies</li><li>Demonstrated organizational agility to work effectively across different cultures and regions</li><li>Fluent in English.
