Thanks for your interest in joining our team!   </p><p> </p><p><strong>Key statistics:</strong></p><ul> <li>1,100+ Team members</li> <li>950+ Consultants</li> <li>640+ Ph.D.s</li> <li>90+ Disciplines</li> <li>30+ Offices globally</li></ul><h2>Our Opportunity</h2><p>Exponent is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist in <strong>Oakland or Menlo Park, CA</strong> to orchestrate lead-generation campaign strategies in multiple marketing channels.</p><h2>You will be responsible for</h2><ul> <li>Learning Exponent’s complex scientific and engineering consulting business</li> <li>Understanding our client audiences and personas</li> <li>Leveraging different types of creative content for campaigns and experimenting with different types of campaigns that will increase client conversion rates</li> <li>Using marketing tech stack and optimizing tools, including HubSpot, SEMrush, Deltek VantagePoint</li> <li>Managing events in HubSpot, including creating assets such as landing pages, emails, workflows</li> <li>Managing lead nurture campaigns</li> <li>Applying innovative lead generation tactics </li> <li>Writing compelling content for web, email, and social campaigns</li> <li>Creating internal and external corporate campaigns for topics related to Life at Exponent, recruiting, and brand messaging as well as business initiatives</li> <li>Applying account-based marketing tactics and automation workflows for specific targets and industries</li> <li>Optimizing our LinkedIn company page and using LinkedIn features to increase brand eminence </li> <li>Keeping Exponent current when it comes digital marketing trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation</li> <li>Synthesizing and analyzing data from HubSpot, CRM, Google Analytics, SEMrush, LinkedIn, and other applications</li> <li>Creating reports that evaluate the impact of marketing activities at both the strategy and campaign levels</li> <li>Paid LinkedIn campaigns and Google Ads</li> <li>Partner with IT department to integrate marketing technology tools and company’s CRM</li> <li>Optimizing Exponent’s brand in LLMs</li> <li>Coordinating with marketing tech account representatives and administering systems</li></ul><h2>You will have the following skills and qualifications</h2><ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communication, journalism, English or related field</li> <li>Ability to write compelling content</li> <li>Strong data analysis and data presentation skills</li> <li>6-8 years of marketing experience</li> <li>Experience developing and implementing strategic marketing communications plans and B2B programs</li> <li>Power BI dashboards</li> <li>Ability to plan, carry out and provide support for projects with minimal supervision</li> <li>Proficiency in MS Office and PowerPoint</li> <li>Excellent reporting and Excel skills</li> <li>Experience in HubSpot or other email marketing software</li> <li>Proficiency in G4 and Looker Studio</li> <li>Proficiency in Drupal or WordPress</li> <li>Proficiency in SEMRush</li> <li>Knowledge of html is a plus</li> <li>This is an Oakland or Menlo Park, CA based position.
