Work Hours:  Monday - Friday, 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m., Overtime as Required Summary:The Fixture and Tooling engineering technician will assist operations and engineering with designing, machining, assembling and test fitting copper pipe fixture assemblies.  Requirements: <ul><li>Manual mill and lathe machining.</li><li>Review tool and fixture designs to improve productivity and reduce defects. </li><li>Support maintenance, quality, and operations projects.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Good communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Maintaining an accurate daily worklog</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li><li>Ability to use Microsoft office software</li><li>Order and maintain inventory of consumable tooling, parts to support department.</li></ul> Preferred<ul><li>3D Modeling and detailing experience.  (Solid Edge or similar)</li><li>Laser Part marking and 3D printing experience</li><li>Develop a visual database of fixture documentation to improve employee’s ability to braze copper assemblies.</li><li>Prototyping/ validation of copper assemblies in cabinet.</li><li>CNC tube bending programming experience.</li></ul> </div></div>
