A crucial part of the Operations organization, the sourcing team introduces best-in-class capabilities to Archer’s supply base by identifying and partnering with industry leaders across the globe. We forge strong partnerships both internally and externally across industries, maximize cost-effectiveness, and amplify product excellence. This role sits at the leading edge of that effort, applying a keen eye and a depth of technical experience to assess Supplier capabilities and put Archer in the best position to succeed with a highly capable supply base. The ideal candidate is able to translate those assessments into internal engineering reviews, working cross-functionally to maximize production efficiency and performance.
