This role will serve as a critical link between our firmware development efforts and the integrity of miner data across all our mining sites. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience in crypto mining operations, miner management platforms, pool configuration, and firmware operations. This in office position is a key role for maintaining accurate system data and ensuring smooth operation across our fleet of miners. </span></div><br><br><h3>Key Responsibilities </h3><ul><li>Ensure data integrity across all miner-related systems and databases across multiple mining sites. </li><li>Maintain, audit, and correct discrepancies in operational data within miner management platforms. </li><li>Collaborate with site teams to ensure miner configuration and firmware information is accurate and consistently updated. </li><li>Support firmware deployments, upgrades, and troubleshooting across the fleet. </li><li>Interface with miner management systems to ensure alignment with firmware status and operational parameters. </li><li>Monitor mining pool configurations and help troubleshoot pool connectivity or share submission issues. </li><li>Collaborate closely with the firmware development team to report field issues and assist with testing new firmware features. </li><li>Generate reports and logs detailing system health, miner status, and data consistency metrics. </li><li>Additional duties as assigned.</li><div><br></div><div><br></div><div> This role requires professionalism, respect, strong communication, and the ability to work well with others in a team-oriented, inclusive environment.</div></ul><h3>Qualifications </h3><ul><li>3+ years of experience in cryptocurrency mining operations, with a focus on miner fleet management and firmware handling. </li><li>Deep familiarity with miner management systems, mining pools, and ASIC miner firmware. </li><li>Experience managing large-scale mining operations across multiple sites. </li><li>Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, particularly in identifying data anomalies and operational inconsistencies. </li><li>Working knowledge of networking and hardware fundamentals related to miner operation. </li><li>Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams. </li><li>Comfortable working in high-uptime, production-critical environments. </li></ul><br><div>This position may involve duties that require operation of a company vehicle or travel between job sites.
