You’ll work closely with the Chief Product Officer and Head of Product Design to translate the well-researched and validated product strategy into an AI-native technical roadmap, collaborate on grooming work for the engineers, and co-build alongside them.As an early team member, you’ll help shape not only the architecture and systems, but also the culture and values of the company. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and brings both executional excellence and strategic insight. Prior experience developing zero-to-one and one-to-ten products is needed to be successful.This is a hands-on leadership role—coding, mentoring, designing systems, and growing the team.
