Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world!<h1>Responsibilities:</h1>Business Development &amp; Sales Strategy<ul><li>Identify and develop new business opportunities for specialty lubricants in the Bearing and Automotive industries across Gujarat.</li><li>Formulate and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and market share targets.</li><li>Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, industry events, and digital platforms.</li><li>Conduct thorough market research to assess industry trends, competition, and customer needs.</li></ul>Customer Relationship Management &amp; Technical Consultation<ul><li>Engage with key decision-makers, OEMs, and end-users in the bearing and automotive sectors to build and strengthen long-term relationships.</li><li>Conduct technical discussions and recommend suitable lubricant solutions based on customers' operational requirements.</li><li>Demonstrate the value proposition of Klüber Lubrication products by showcasing their technical benefits and cost savings potential.</li><li>Address customer concerns, handle objections, and provide prompt solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.</li></ul>Channel Management &amp; Sales Operations<ul><li>Develop and manage sales through channel partners to optimize coverage and service efficiency.</li><li>Work closely with sales support and planning teams to ensure product availability and smooth order fulfillment.</li><li>Monitor sales performance, track key metrics, and implement corrective actions as needed.</li><li>Capture customer visits, sales opportunities, and relevant reports in the CRM tool for tracking and forecasting.</li></ul>Market Intelligence &amp; Competition Benchmarking<ul><li>Analyze competitive products and market trends in the automotive and bearing segments to identify growth opportunities.</li><li>Provide inputs for product improvement and new product development based on customer feedback and market research.</li><li>Participate in industry exhibitions, trade shows, and technical conferences to enhance brand visibility and knowledge-sharing.</li></ul>Compliance &amp; Collaboration<ul><li>Ensure adherence to company policies, HSE (Health, Safety &amp; Environment), and quality standards.</li><li>Work collaboratively with internal teams, including technical, R&amp;D, and marketing, to drive business growth.</li><li>Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to senior management.</li></ul><h1>Qualifications:</h1>Graduate Engineer in Mechanical , Masters in Engineer or Business Administration (preferred) with 6 to 10 years of experience.The Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
