Profits.</strong></p><p><strong>People</strong>, including our team members, customers, partners, suppliers, investors and community members areour most valuable asset.</p><p>We help to protect and preserve our <strong>Planet </strong>for future generations.</p><p><strong>Profitable </strong>operations allow us to continue to innovate.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><h1 style="text-align: center">Key Responsibilities</h1><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>Factory Operations</strong></p><p>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Ensure the factory environment remains clean, safe, and well-organized at all times.</p><p>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Promote and enforce safety protocols.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><h1>Team Leadership</h1><p>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Recruit, train, and manage members of the production team.</p><p>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Oversee scheduling, approve payroll hours, and manage Paid Time Off (PTO) requests.</p><p>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Foster a positive and productive team culture through regular communication and performancemanagement.</p><p></p><h1>Production Oversight</h1><p>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Monitor production timelines to ensure deadlines are consistently met.</p><p>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Implement and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality and efficiency.</p><p>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Identify and resolve bottlenecks or delays in the manufacturing process.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><h1>Inventory Management</h1><p>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Maintain and proactively report inventory levels.</p><p>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Work with procurement to avoid stock outs and minimize excess inventory.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><h1>Reporting &amp; Analysis</h1><p>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Prepare and submit weekly production reports, including key metrics and performance trends.</p><p>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Use data insights to inform process improvements and decision-making.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><h1>Cross-functional Collaboration</h1><p>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Coordinate and provide support to Sales, Field Support, and Engineering teams.</p><p>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Communicate regularly with upper management on progress, issues, and opportunities.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><h1>General Management Support</h1><p>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Support broader company operations as needed, especially in areas where flexibility and hands-onproblem solving are critical in an early-stage company environment.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><h1>Performance Review &amp; Growth </h1><p>This role will undergo a formal performance review every six months. Reviews will assess performance across all key responsibilities, with potential for salary increases and performance- based bonuses tied to improvements andcontributions to team and company goals. </p><h1>Compensation</h1><p>In addition to base salary, a performance bonus of up to 50% of salary is awarded subject to achieving performance targets. Benefits include PTO (10 days to start plus 10 company holidays), 50% medical insurance payment, 75% vision and dental insurance payment, 100% of short and long term disability insurance, and 100% of a $50,000 life insurance policy. Sesame has a 401k plan and offers a 1% match.</p><p></p>
