We’re a large team of both data-led and product focused Software and Production Engineers, pushing the boundaries of technology and working at an extraordinary scale. As a collective we strive for engineering greatness and by ensuring best practices across the board of the communityIs this the job for me?Ideally you’ll have/be<ul><li>Strong experience developing backend applications in TypeScript</li><li>An eye for creating rich user experiences with Angular and Material design guidelines</li><li>Experience creating data visualisations with d3 or similar libraries</li><li>Agile development experience with a focus on continuous development and integration</li><li>Experience with design and optimization of services using DynamoDB</li><li>Familiarity with database design and optimization with SQL (PostgreSQL)</li><li>Understanding of event-driven systems and message queues</li><li>Knowledge of cloud platforms (ideally within AWS) and serverless architectures is a plus</li><li>Experience designing and documenting internal and client facing APIs</li><li>A passion for building high-quality software with a strong customer focus</li><li>A proactive and problem-solving mindset, thriving in ambiguity</li><li>A strong team player who enjoys working collaboratively and sharing knowledge</li><li>Knowledge or experience with financial markets is a bonus, but not required</li></ul>Kaluza ValuesHere at Kaluza we have five core values that guide us as a business: We’re on a mission, We build together, We’re inclusive, We get it done, We communicate with purpose.Our values are not words on a wall — they are at the heart of our culture.
