The Operations Trainee regularly participates in the daily operations and maintenance of the Water Treatment facility as directed by the Chief Operator. Employees who join Woodard &amp; Curran’s staff find a culture that is welcoming, supportive, and empowering. </span></div><div> </div><br><br><h3>What would you be doing at Woodard &amp; Curran?</h3><ul><li>Monitor water treatment plant processes and equipment both manually and via SCADA automation, making adjustments as necessary to control their operation. </li><li>Monitor groundwater extraction wells with inspections and daily sampling as required.</li><li>Perform water quality sampling, testing, and analysis and record results.</li><li>Customer Service and new meter installations.</li><li>Monitor and maintain the wastewater collection system. </li><li>Troubleshooting and perform repairs of plant equipment, including preventive maintenance duties. </li><li>Utilize software programs for maintenance work orders and maintaining all necessary records.</li><li>Perform general maintenance duties of plant and other assigned duties as directed by Chief Operator.</li><li>Monitors and maintains the stormwater collection system.</li><li>Assists in operation of assigned treatment, mechanical and electrical equipment and other similarly related facility components and equipment.</li><li>Provide oversight for construction or repair projects.</li></ul><h3>Schedule: </h3><ul><li>Normal work schedule is 7:30 am to 4:00 pm Monday thru Friday. Must be able to perform on-call duties at least once a month for after-hours emergencies.
