The role will act as the Records Manager for the Company including maintaining and improving systems and processes for record retention, leveraging internal databases and ensuring efficient as well as compliant record lifecycles.This position requires a strategic thinking with problem-solving, and communication skills, capable of making comprehensive recommendations in high-pressure situations while fostering a culture of vigilance, professionalism, and continuous improvement within the Legal team.Key Areas of Responsibility:Legal Operations<ul><li>Develop, implement and maintain legal processes and systems to improve efficiency, ensure legal compliance, support legal request intake, contract management, and knowledge management</li><li>Build and maintain relationships with internal clients to align legal operations with business objectives</li><li>Collaborate with legal and non-legal stakeholders to drive operational efficiencies through technology and process improvements, managing legal department projects, and supporting day-to-day operations </li><li>Manage the General Counsel’s Office annual operating plan, to include forecasting and accruals.
