The Service Writer Coordinator will conduct thorough technical evaluations and ensure estimates meet both pricing and technical standards. Working closely with the Volterra® Service Manager, they will coordinate service quotes and repairs, maintaining seamless communication between customers, field technicians, and internal teams. This role acts as a central hub of information—handling inquiries related to vehicles, warranties, service reports, suppliers, scheduling, billing, shipping, and quality assurance.
