We're looking for engineers who love structure-as-code, dig deep into infrastructure problems, and support product teams with cloud-first solutions.</p><p></p><h2>Key Responsibilities</h2><ul><li>Design, deploy, and manage cloud-native infrastructure for microservices running in Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)</li><li>Implement and manage GitHub and Azure-based CI/CD pipelines during the transition from Azure DevOps</li><li>Support and optimize infrastructure for data-heavy applications using CosmosDB</li><li>Code, test, debug, and document existing and new automation pipeline processes</li><li>Work within systems dedicated to automation and zero-downtime deployments</li><li>Improve monitoring, alerting, and reporting to enable actionable IT and business decisions</li><li>Evaluate systems from security, reliability, and scalability perspectives</li><li>Collaborate closely with application teams to support product-specific infrastructure</li></ul><p></p><h2>Required Qualifications</h2><ul><li>Hands-on experience engineering and automating systems in hybrid cloud environments</li><li>Expertise with Azure, especially AKS, Azure Container Apps, and event-driven services</li><li>Understanding of SQL databases, including CosmosDB: scaling, partitioning, indexing, and consistency models</li><li>Familiarity with Azure DevOps pipelines and board integrations, particularly during transitions</li><li>Infrastructure as Code (IaC) experience with tools like Terraform</li><li>Solid understanding of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, routing), encryption standards, and system hardening</li><li>Experience managing both Linux and Windows-based virtual environments</li><li>Proficiency in Python or C#</li></ul><p></p><h2>Bonus Skills</h2><ul><li>Experience migrating CI/CD pipelines from Azure DevOps to GitHub</li><li>Knowledge of Grafana, Loki, Mimir, or other observability stacks</li><li>Experience in PCI-compliant environments or with payment systems</li><li>Strong debugging and troubleshooting instincts</li><li>Familiarity with cloud-based database platforms like MySQL IaaS and Azure SQL</li><li>Prior experience building DevOps culture in fast-paced, product-aligned organizations</li></ul><p></p><p>If you like wild growth and working with happy, enthusiastic over-achievers, you'll enjoy your career with us!</p><p></p>
