We hope so.<h3>Your impact:</h3>As an Enterprise Data Analyst, you will be directly responsible for helping us become a more data-driven organization. You’ll create solutions for our clients, load management and data products, and support our sales and client success teams to deliver outcomes and impact for our utility clients. You’ll bring and develop a deep understanding of Optiwatt’s load management performance and support Optiwatt in maximizing the value we generate for our utility clients.&nbsp;Here’s some exciting stuff you will do:<ul><li>Deliver High-Quality Program Reporting: Provide high-quality program reporting and develop data tooling to support critical deliverables such as Monthly Reports and Quarterly Business Reviews for our utility clients and partners.</li><li>Generate Strategic Insights: Generate deep insights into the value of Optiwatt's product and approach from a load management perspective, ensuring alignment with utility client objectives.</li><li>Conduct In-Depth Research: Produce 1-2 deep research projects per quarter, focusing on the value proposition of Optiwatt for enterprise clients and comprehensive market analysis (i.e. the value of different load management tactics).</li><li>Identify &amp; Prioritize Product Needs: Identify and prioritize when to build reusable solutions vs creating one-off quick-fixes.</li><li>Resolve Data &amp; Reporting Requests: Efficiently resolve data and reporting-related tickets within rapid timeframes (hours to a few days) with minimal reliance on Product or Engineering teams.</li><li>QA Data: Ensure the quality and trustworthiness of our data.</li><li>Foster Data-Driven Culture: Shape our culture to be more data-driven.</li></ul>&nbsp;About YouYou are someone who is….<ul><li>A Data Wizard: An expert in data analysis, from production data analytics to financial modeling, you are capable of writing complex SQL queries. You excel at building dashboards and queries to inform key product and business decisions and act as a steward of data quality.</li><li>Moves at Startup Pace: Thrives at the fast pace required at a Series A startup, capable of quickly putting together thoughtful and bug-free analyses. You understand evolving business requirements, can appropriately prioritize near-term requests, and are proactive, getting stuff done while wearing multiple hats and context switching often.</li><li>Self-Learning/Tinkerer: Can quickly learn new skills with minimal direction and are excited to tackle ambiguous challenges. Preferably, you have spent time learning some of the latest AI technologies.</li><li>A Solution Partner: Have a proven track record of creating solutions for cross-functional teams, including developing robust load management performance insights and proof-of-concepts to support Optiwatt’s solutions and deliver more value for our clients. You effectively partner with the product team to inform the product roadmap and understand how to prioritize client requests.</li><li>Utility/Load Management Data Science Experience: Ideally possess a strong understanding of utility and load management fundamentals and needs. Even better if you have experience evaluating utility programs and reporting on load shift performance, results, and forecasts.</li><li>An Effective Stakeholder Manager: Can communicate professionally and clearly with utility partners and Optiwatt’s broader clients. You understand how to navigate difficult situations.
