In this pivotal role, you’ll help streamline processes, track customer engagements, coordinate meetings and logistics, and create high-quality materials that empower our team to deliver exceptional customer experiences. This is a unique opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working at the intersection of technical and commercial disciplines, and wants to contribute to NextEra Energy’s mission of leading the clean energy transition.   Key Responsibilities:Sales Process Management:<ul><li>Organize and coordinate internal and external meetings, including agendas, minutes, and action items</li><li>Maintain calendars, action trackers, and deadlines to keep the sales team aligned and efficient</li><li>Document and improve sales processes for greater consistency and productivity</li></ul>Customer Engagement Tracking:<ul><li>Monitor customer interactions, proposals, and deal statuses in CRM systems or engagement trackers</li><li>Maintain accurate records and generate reports on pipeline health and key sales activities</li></ul>Dashboard &amp; Reporting:<ul><li>Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track sales KPIs, proposal metrics, and customer engagement insights</li><li>Analyze data trends and prepare actionable summaries for leadership</li></ul>Presentation &amp; Materials Support:<ul><li>Create, edit, and refine PowerPoint presentations, one-pagers, and technical sales collateral</li><li>Support the technical sales team in preparing high-quality visuals and documentation for customer meetings and executive briefings</li></ul>Proposal Coordination:<ul><li>Assist with compiling, formatting, and submitting proposals, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with customer requirements</li></ul>Logistics &amp; Coordination:<ul><li>Coordinate travel and logistics for customer meetings, conferences, and team events</li><li>Support planning and execution of internal workshops and training sessions</li></ul>Cross-Functional Collaboration:<ul><li>Serve as a key liaison between technical sales, analytics, business development, and other internal teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications &amp; Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)</li><li>3+ years of experience in sales operations, technical sales support, business operations, or a similar role, preferably within the energy, technology, or engineering sectors</li><li>Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)</li><li>Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and data management</li><li>Excellent organizational and project management skills with high attention to detail</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear, engaging materials</li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment</li><li>Problem-solving mindset with a proactive and collaborative approach</li></ul>
