Job DescriptionWe are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Engineer - Planning to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the successful planning and execution of construction projects, working collaboratively with project managers and team members to deliver high-quality results.<ul><li>Develop and maintain project schedules using advanced planning software such as Primavera</li><li>Review and analyze procurement and construction programs for contractors and subcontractors</li><li>Prepare comprehensive progress reports, graphs, and critical path analyses for weekly and monthly reporting</li><li>Monitor actual progress against construction programs and report deviations to senior management</li><li>Assist in identifying project risks and opportunities, and develop mitigation strategies to maintain project timelines</li><li>Collaborate closely with site supervision teams to gather real-time progress updates</li><li>Conduct independent site visits to evaluate contractor progress against established programs</li><li>Support the evaluation of potential additional works and variation proposals</li><li>Maintain detailed records of program monitoring to support claim evaluations and dispute resolutions</li><li>Assist in workshops and meetings to facilitate effective communication among project stakeholders</li></ul>
