In this role, you will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment—from sourcing to onboarding—and serve as a strategic partner to hiring managers across the business. This position reports to the Manager, Talent Acquisition.Principal Duties &amp; Responsibilities:(Management may amend or assign duties and responsibilities to this job at any time)<ul><li>Partner with leaders to understand hiring needs and develop proactive recruiting strategies.</li><li>Work with HR leadership to align recruitment efforts with workforce planning.</li><li>Assist hiring managers in defining job requirements and qualifications.</li><li>Draft and revise job descriptions and specifications based on departmental needs.</li><li>Manage sourcing efforts using a variety of channels to attract a diverse candidate pool.</li><li>Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified, passive and active candidates.</li><li>Promote internal talent mobility by identifying internal candidates.</li><li>Guide candidates and hiring managers through the recruitment lifecycle.</li><li>Maintain accurate and timely data in the applicant tracking system (Greenhouse preferred).</li><li>Develop compensation recommendations in coordination with HR leadership.</li><li>Present and negotiate job offers and assist with background checks and onboarding activities.</li><li>Advise hiring managers on best practices in talent acquisition.</li><li>Represent Brightcore Energy within the renewable energy community to support brand awareness and pipeline development.</li><li>Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.</li></ul>Qualifications:(The following are representative of the education, experience, knowledge, skills, or ability required for this position)<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience, preferably within the renewable energy or clean technology space.</li><li>Experience with an applicant tracking system (Greenhouse preferred).</li><li>Demonstrated success sourcing passive talent and building pipelines.</li><li>Familiarity with employment laws and recruiting best practices.</li><li>Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities independently.</li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.</li></ul>Supervisory Responsibility: This position does not have supervisory responsibility.Expected Hours of Work: This is a temporary six (6) month position with the possibility of permanent employment based on performance and Brightcore’s operational needs. The base salary range for this position is $75,000–$90,000 annually and is eligible for a performance-based bonus. Compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience, education, internal equity, and market conditions.
